    This company's motto should be, "Make It Like You Never Owned It." I hired the Durango branch of this franchise, run by the same owner, to mitigate the contents of a storage unit following a fire. Instead of doing as promised, ******** and her crew of temp laborers stole everything g of value that wasn't entirely damaged by the fire, totalling upwards of $75,000, which is just what I can remember and have records of. They cleaned NOTHING, and instead, to hide the thefts, added in junk from elsewhere, hoping I wouldn't recognize the alien items. Now, I'm finding the same missing things being sold on ********* Don't trust anything this company promises, you'll be happier doing it yourself or trashing everything. They even stole my grandfather's dog tags and grandmother's handwritten recipe cards, in addition to the necklace and ********** with my name and high school graduation date monogrammed onto them from my parents.

    The owner is trying to deny I was a customer when their address is printed on my bills, contract and her husband emailed me threatening legal action.
