I prepay for my propane & they do not deliver til it’s convenient for them & not customer. They have had my money for 5 days & I am still not on their delivery list according to Dwayne @ the office. I would not recommend their services to anyone. I still have no propane.

This customer called in an order on Wednesday March 15th. She is correct in the fact that she is a prepay customer due to her payment history. She had never had a zero balance on her account and she carried a past due balance for 8 months, which prompted her Prepay status. When she called she was at 20% in a 330 gallon tank, which was great. In our paperwork we suggest customers to call at least at 20% or more. We can not reroute a truck for one delivery, that is not fair to the customers already on scheduled routes to miss their deliveries. This customer still had plenty of propane to get her by. She is on the regular route for the area and is on that drivers list for today. From the time she called and placed the order until today that is 4 days, (we do not deliver on weekend typically) I can guarantee there is not a company out there that will deliver the same day or probably even the next unless it happens to be their day in the area also. She says she has “no propane”, making it sound like she is out of gas, it is doubtful she is totally empty, and if that were the case she could have told the office that. We do offer emergency and/or off-route delivery service at additional charge if a customer is totally out of gas.
