    I hired Wyatt T***** with Lazy T Property Management LLC for snow removal for my driveway at my home at *** ** ******. I signed a contract for plow removal service from August 22 to May 23. The date was incorrect on the contract so I texted him and had proof that he said he would make the correction. I paid in full via ***** ($675). The service was $750 but since I paid in full, a 10% discount was applied. The contract said that plow service would be provided for anything more than 1 inch. After we received more than 3 inches on a few occasions, I reached out to him and at first did not hear back. After finally getting in contact, I was reassured (over the phone) I was on his route. We then received more than 3 inches on MULTIPLE occasions and no service. After multiple attempts of reaching out (over weeks), I was able to get a hold of Wyatt and asked for a refund since the service was not provided and the contract says that if the service is not provided within 24 hours, a charge will not be applied. Wyatt agreed to pay me back in full. I ***** requested him on Jan 9. Since then, it has been 1 month of attempts to get my money back and he continues to lie and say he will pay me and is trying to, but I have not received my refund. He is stringing me along and lying about a payment that is not coming. I have sent a certified letter to his house giving him 7 days to pay in full but again, nothing. He recently sent me $100 via ***** but we never agreed on a payment plan and $100 certain does not cover what is owed. I am at a loss and cannot continue to go back and forth with him. He provided no explanation as to why he never showed up on the 5+ occasions where it snowed 3inches+. We had days where we had a foot of snow and couldn't get out. We also run a short term rental company and he is aware we had guests staying at the house. They were impacted because we had no plow service. All I am asking for is my refund and to take my service elsewhere.
