    Red Eagle provided substandard services, causing "black goop" to leak into my house and ruin paint, carpets and furniture. When brought to their attention, they were rude to deal with and refused to assist or stand by their "guaranty". I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone who wants to have a roof installed or repaired.

    Multiple roofing companies told the owner that she had condensation issue, not a roof leak but she refused to add venting as recommended. We went so far as to have independent expert witness us remove the roof . All independent witnesses was continuous dust on the dry in with no water marks anywhere. We also removed the plywood deck and found no evidence of water infiltration. We found uniform evidence of condensation on the back side of the plywood but no evidence of water on the insulation. We found the mysterious black tar she describes is actually sap oozing out of the framing lumber. This was also witnessed by multiple independent experts. In all the years that we baby sat this house, never was a water leak reported, only black goo. I spent thousands of dollars and many trips to investigate her situation and to explain what is going on. I am sorry that she claims that she doesnt believe me, two other roofing contractors, her real estate agent, her contractor, and other independent inspectors chosen by her representatives.
