      The install weent great. But the panels have fallen of the mount four times now. When you call the company does not respond, or the mailbox is full. This is the second time I have asked the BBB to interveen. I am to the point that I would just like my money back so I can hire a reputable company. We came home from vacation and one of the panels is on the ground, four are lifted and another is flipped over. At this point I am contacting a lawyer for legal action

      ****** ******** from this company came out and explained how solar works and explained that we could get 30 percent back from the federal government for going solar. I questioned him on this since I get social security payments monthly and do not have to file federal taxes because I, do not get enough income for the year on social security. He said I was still eligible to receive it. I filed my taxes as well as the one to federal to get the rebate from them and they said I can not get it because I did not have taxable income. Which means I had to have income from a job. Also the workers showed up whenever they wanted to instead of when they were scheduled. They would say they were going to town to get parts and would be back soon only to show up 4 hours later with alcohol on their breath. They installed the panels on the garage so I would leave it unlocked so they could do the wiring in there and we have freezers in there with food in them. They helped themselves to food when I was gone. Very frustrated with the whole process. I am stuck paying the money that was suppose to be sent to me from Federal which I planned on applying to the loan which would of been over ******. **** ******

      This Company is no good Kick them off your property if they come knocking on your door they are nothing but Glorified Scam Artists and will ruin your sanity and you credit
