In July of 2022 I purchased a COLZER CFT2.5D dehumidifier (commercial grade) for a finished residential basement for approximately $700. In July 2024, I started to have issues where the dehumidifier wasnt removing water even though the unit was operating within normal environmental conditions. I was unable to contact Colzer via telephone and sent them numerous emails including the serial number and a picture of the specifications stickers as per their request. They never answered me back after numerous follow up emails and Im stuck with a dehumidifier that should have lasted at least 5 years considering I had cheaper ones for half the price go for 10 years in the same conditions. I purchased this unit direct from them and now they dont want to help and do right by the customer. This dehumidifier is now discontinued.Initial Complaint

Purchased a Colzer Premium 51 Bottle Wine Fridge on Amazon on (5/25/22 - Order# ***-6234141-0881066). This item was purchased for $766.49 after taxes. The product has only been in use for a little over 2 years and is not cooling past 73F degrees. According to their website, there is a 5yr warranty on their product. I have reached out multiple times (5x) to their service email ************************************ starting on 6/20/24 and have not heard any responses. I went to their amazon product page (****************************************************************************************) and many of the recent reviews show that the manufacture is unresponsive.Initial Complaint

I purchased a COLZER Commercial Dehumidifier 140 Pints on 9/19/2022. It comes with a manufacturer 5 year warranty. It worked okay until 6 months into it. The unit stopped producing water and the coils would froze up. Contacted customer service several times and were promised a repair part ( a sensor). A month later nothing showed up. Follow up emails to customer support came back with different excuses. Parts are on shortage and shipped from ***** then warehouse forgot to send it out, and last email went un answered. The manufacturer recently changed unit name from Colzer to Moiswell. I just want my unit fixed or replaced in timely mannerInitial Complaint

i bought a unit Colzer CFT2.5D COLZER 164 Pints Commercial Dehumidifier off amazon July of 2022 had different errors popping up on screen contacted via email an worked them out now June 3 ***** it completely shut down will not power up at all anymore so i tried contacting via email (no email returns) tried calling no one answers there warranty says 5 yearsCustomer Answer

I purchased 2 dehumidifiers to reduce the potential for black mold and mildew as well as to improve the air quality in my home to address sinus issues and prevent onset of other respiratory issues. I received an E1 error on one dehumidifier first but didnt panic because I still had one operating unit. However, my second unit showed the same E1 error in December. On 12.26.22, I contacted Colzer at ********************************** regarding my issue. Initially, they sent me information including ******* videos to diagnosis the problem. The diagnosis was both units needed replacement sensors. On 12.28.22, Colzer emailed me that the sensors would be sent to me as soon as possible. To date, I have not received the sensors. After not hearing from Colzer about the sensors and not receiving the sensors, on 2.1.23, I contacted them again (felt enough time had passed to receive the sensors). Colzer responded to my 2.1.23 email on 2.2.23 with the following response: Hi *********,We are sorry as it is our Chinese New Year holiday recently, we will send you as soon as possible after the holiday.Thank you for your patience and waiting!On 2.25.23 being concerned about the high humidity in my area, I sent another email requesting the sensors. On 2.27.23, Colzer responded: Hi *********,Sorry for the inconvenience.After our investigation, we found that the humidity sensor we sent you was accidentally lost by the courier.We will resend it for you as soon as possible, is it ok for you?Today, 3:12.23, I again requested the sensors and expressed my frustration with the extended timeframe, issues about the companys response to consumers, business practices and my plans to pursue other options given their failure to send 2 small sensors that would make my humidifiers operable, subsequently circumventing black mold and mildew in addition to improving air quality to prevent adverse impact to my respiratory (sinus) issues.Customer Answer

************************************* ***************************************************************************** Home Phone ************ Feb. 10, 2022 Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint for a Colzer Air purifier I purchased less than one year ago. The company I purchased this from (Mayfair) on Feb. 6, 2022 stated that there return policy was no longer valid for Mayfair and for me to contact Colzer directly for a replacement or a refund. Colzer states that there is a 2 year warranty on these air purifiers. I contacted Colzer starting on Jan. 6, 2023 and explained the issue I was having. The fan in this unit does not work and when running makes a very loud noise and cant be used anymore. I have contacted Colzer at ********************************** and they responded back asking if I want a replacement or a refund. (see PDF attached and highlighted) I asked for a refund and after not hearing back for a couple of weeks I contacted them again. I had to send an email to another Colzer service team and they stated that they could not find my order. This has turned out to be the biggest run around even after I was asked what did I want to settle this situation and NOTHING has been done. This company states the following on their website: "Q: Will your air purifiers continue to produce Hepa filters even after they are discontinued? A: Of course, even if the model you purchased has been discontinued, we will continue to sell filters to ensure that you can buy the right filter for a long time." Even after contacting them no less than five times at the email address provided ************************************* they have yet to reply. Now I am stuck with an expensive air filter that I can't use. I want them to refund the entire purchase because of this misleading marketing.
