    Hi Ive put an order in for functional shots and my product has not shipped from over 2 weeks ago. Ive tried calling the business and also texting with no response back. It seems like other customers are experiencing the same issues. I want this resolved fast either to ship or a refund

    Several attempts to get my order shipped has gone not answered. I reached them on the given number on www.ethans.com for support ************** and also left several text messages for the same number per the advice on the voice mail, with no response. I need the product shipped or my money back immediately.

    On February I ordered (order #*****), $428.78 worth of products, online, from ************ in *******, ********. The order included $194.90 of ginger pineapple detox shots, and $233.88 of tart cherry energy shots. On Feb. 16th I received an email from ******************************* stating that the tart cherry shots were "delayed in transit," and might be shipped the following week. On March 3rd I requested a refund after receiving an email stating that my items might be shipped the week of the 27th. I have not received a refund or any products from *****'s as of today. I have emailed numerous times asking when they will refund my $428.78 but have not received that or an answer as to what has happened with my order. All I have received is silence from this company.

    Please be informed that my complaint #***** has been satisfied by *****'s. I received all products totaling $428.78 that I ordered on February 13, 2013. My order arrived via *** yesterday, March 21, 2023. Thank you for all your help with this matter.
