    I bought a used PS Audio ***************** Plant P10 power regenerator from a fellow audiophile. When *** delivered it, the box was wet. I opened it, but found the remote control broken in 4 pieces. The power regenerator itself turned on, but could not go past the initialization phase. I contacted PS Audio, and they told me that the box was mishandled. They asked me to send it back to them for repair, which would cost a maximum of $750 (not including shipping to and back from the factory in ********), plus $15 for a new remote *********** closed the claim based on pictures they asked me to send, without even inspecting the box. I threatened litigation, and they reopened the case, sending the shipper (not me!) a check for $100. Let me inform you that the cost of the P10 was $5,000 when it was new and that I paid $2,500 for it, plus shipping and insurance via ***. This is the 4th time *** has broken electronic equipment I ordered on line (speakers, power amps, preamp). The only time they actually took responsibility for their awful service was for the power amps they agreed to ship back to the factory for repair.I wonder how they are still in business with such a poor track record.

    Dear Mr. **************** are sorry you had so much trouble with *** and glad we could help.  We received your unit 9/09/2024 and repaired it below our estimated cost.  It was shipped back to you on 9/26/2024 and was delivered to you 9/29/2024.  PS Audio did everything we could do to support you and repaired your unit.
