    Date of transaction was *** 13th.Amount paid was $221.89 Received the item on *** 22nd, but the item was damaged and was rendered useless. Promptly sent an email back to the boost monkey about my issue with photos of the damaged part using the email provided in the previous emails the vender sent me. But this email was no longer receiving messages ( Eventually was informed by the website/business that it was never received)Went to the website in the contact tab where the phone number provided is no longer receiving calls, theres no reliable or dedicated email provided. The only contact option is to simply send a message with name, number, email and a message prompt to describe the issue. I then sent request for a return using this message prompt. And that would be the only way I could send a message to boost monkey from there on. I was able to get through using this method. Received a do not reply email from the business requesting photos and information. I then replied that I have already sent the photos and information. Was then ignored for several days. ****** the request again. Boost monkey continued to request photos and information but provided no reliable email to send the photos to, and the message prompt on the website had no option for attachments when sending a message. Was then ignored for several days to a week. ****** a request again, proposing that I may need to contact my bank or take legal action. At this point, boost monkey had yet to inform me that they were never able to receive my initial email including the evidence of the damage, and never provided a reliable email address to send the evidence through, but continued to request photos of the damaged item and information. This was over the process of several weeks and several ignored requests for support. They would only, intermittently return my requests over several days.Eventually sent the item back after nearly a month of being ignored and bumping requests. Never received a refund.

    My son (*************************) who is a minor sent his *** Module to reset it.It has been a month now and We haven't received the Module back yet.We attempted to call and email them but no one is responding to our messages.They already received the payment for the services.
