    I purchased two LUXART Vanities for my new master bath. The vanities were shipped directly to me upon arrival from the manufacturer, thus it came on their original pallets. Subsequent to the installation and usage we noticed that they get stain by water or any other liquid typically used on the vanity. I tried in vain to find resolve with Flatiron Kitchen 7 Bath and they referred me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer blew me off. The vanities costs was $900.00 and $1,200 dollars thus $2,100 plus installation. I have had two companies that specialized in restorations and both tell me that the engineered stone on the counter was never sealed properly. The vanities had one year warranty, but again all the response I got back from the dealer was cleaning instructions. We only used water and soap to clean it, but these two are culprits of the smudges on the countertops. The contractor that did my master bath explained, that the would need to be replaced as polishing them would not fix it or cannot guarantee the work, because the damage is already done and it is uncertain how deep they would need to polish it. Also I had a company that specialized in counter tops and *********************** out of ****** evaluate the damages ( **** owner ) and again the sugestion was to replace them entirely both vanities.

    I have looked into this matter and have emailed the manufacturer (Luxart) the BBB complaint along with all of the email correspondence included in here.   I have now told them that them denying the warranty on this is now putting my business, the wholesale supplier, at risk.
