We onboarded with Community Financials February 1, 2025. 99% smooth onboarding process, and they quickly took over all accounting activities of the condo association -- their professionalism was simply impressive. The Community Financials staff is outstanding - smart, friendly and professional. After 5 months, Community Financials has well exceeded our expectations. I worked for 35 years in finance / CFO positions in private equity and public companies, my standards for performance are high and Community Financials has lived up to everything they advertised. Have already recommended them to 2 other condominium associations in the ***** area.

I wanted to share my experience, about our Associations transition from a full service management company to Community Financials. I am the Treasurer for a community of 76 homeowners. After many months of frustration, going over financials, having to **** for important info, sacrificing personal time, I was always saying, "after this", but, it wouldn't end. I realized the way we were doing things wasn't efficient or sustainable.For years we had been using a system that didn't provide the services, the information, the transparency, or the support we needed. There was so much financial waste, as well as time. We had to make changes.We researched many companies, systems, Managers,etc. We came across Community Financials, and set a time to meet with ******* (The Founder). The Board was cautiously excited. We were also very nervous.Once we made the decision to go with Community Financials, *******, and his amazing team, went to work. Our transition was seamless, they handled everything.Community Financials is leading the way, as experts in the field. ******* is forward thinking. He saw a need in the industry, and moved to meet it.We've had so much support from the staff. Everyone is pleasant, and helpful.The portal, gives our homeowners access to current financials, Governing Documents, forms, direct communication, work orders, etc, 24 hours a day. Homeowners have wanted financial transparency for years. Community Financials has created solutions, for the problems that have plagued, shared communities for years.Choosing who your association works with, is one of the most important decisions a board will make for the community. I'm the President of our 21 unit Historical ********************* in ***********, **. We have had several bad management company experiences where accounting was a complete nightmare. Bills were paid late or not at all sending us into collections, no communication except only through email and they had no clue as to any laws required of an HOA. Community Financials and their entire staff came to our rescue and have gotten us all straightened out after years of mis-management and poor accounting. Our HOA is running smoothly and CF is super communicative and always there when you need them. CF has great knowledge of the financial needs and planning of HOA's. I tried to think of something different and original from other reviews here, but my experience with Community Financials echos their comments. The on boarding process was easy and painless, staff responses are prompt, online systems are easy to work with. One of the differences between CF and our previous management company I appreciate the most is answers to questions are complete with context and background so I don't need a lot of follow up questions. But, really, every aspect of their operation so much better than our previous management companies it is like night and day.Community Financials Inc
