On Dec 29, 2024, I was charged $195 by Scaled Agile. I did not authorize this charge, nor did I receive any notification that Scaled Agile was going to / had charged me. My last Scaled Agile purchased was in 2022 for certification renewal, and since then I have never renewed my certificate. I am also not enrolled in auto-pay, and have no visible payment method on file. Please see the files attached. Not only has the business illegally charged me without my knowledge nor consent, but also does not provide me a means of preventing any such future unauthorized charges by not providing me any way to opt out, remove payment information on file (they show I don't have any), or remove myself from auto-pay (they show I am NOT enrolled in it).

I have paid $104 for Scaled Agile Certificate. I passed the certification exam. I had written about the certification in resume. The certification expired after a year. However, even though my certification is expired, I have to send the expired certification to clients. It happens with other Certification providers like AWS, PMP etc. However, Scaled agile is not providing my Certificate for which I had already paid. They are asking for additional membership fees which is expensive. I do not want to pay twice for one certificate. I want the certificate for which I had already paid even though the date in the certificate has expired. Please send the details to Credly as well.

The customer contacted ** on April 3rd regarding not being able to download their certification.  The customer had passed their exam and was granted their certification in December 2020.  Section 5 of our Professional Certification Program Policy states, "Certification Term The term during which You may use your applicable Certification shall commence upon receiving notification from SAI that you have passed the Exam and shall continue for as long as your membership is active." Scaled Agile support explained to the customer that their membership expired in December of 2021, and they would need to renew their membership to download their certification.

I am rejecting this response because: 1) I paid for a service/certificate. It costed me $104. I spent a lot of time to prepare for the exam and successfully achieved that certification. Even though it is expired now, I would like to get a copy of my expired certification for which a had already paid.

    2) They have a disappointing customer support. The first level claims to be the last level and there can be no escalation beyond that.

I can conclude that the company lacks any interest to support customer. Their L1 support person is also the final person to decide the case and no escalation is possible.

As mentioned in my email, the case is not resolved. It is just ignored and they have no intension to prove that I had achieved certification in the past.

BEWARE: SAFe Aspirants - IF YOU HAVE INCLUDED SAFe CERTIFICATION IN YOUR RESUME, AND BY ANY CHANCE IT IS REVIEWED AFTER THE EXPIRY, YOU WILL BE IN TROUBLE AS THERE IS NO WAY TO PROVE THAT YOU HAVE ACTUALLY PASSED THE EXAM.
