From the very first phone call, this school has been unprofessional. The advisor ***** was kind and knowledgeable but not very informative about what I was signing. I reached out multiple times to unenroll after looking at reviews about the school. One person emailed me back and sent me an email stating I had to do an exit interview and sent me the incorrect email to email about unenrolling. I received a call Monday morning from ***** asking me "What's going on?" I explained that I did not want to enroll in the program due to cost reasons and that I wasn't ready then proceeded to ask me again why I didn't want to be enrolled in the program and started to sound unprofessional. I said again I just did not want to be enrolled in the program. I then received another call hours later from financial aid on the next steps for applying for financial aid. I told her that I was no longer enrolled in the program and did not understand why I was still getting calls. She said she would put in a note for their department. I then received an un-enrollment confirmation email hours later. The entire process was very unprofessional. I do not recommend going to this school. I informed ***** on the phone when I was applying that I had plans and had to get off the phone and told me no and insisted on completing it while I was on the phone. They just wanted to get the $25 out of me for the application fee. I also didn't know I was signing an enrollment agreement as I thought I was just filling out application documents. Do not go to this unprofessional school. Be sure to look at yelp and BBB reviews frrst.

AESCA strives to provide students with a streamlined and efficient admissions process. Currently, individuals enrolling in Interactive Distance Learning programs have the opportunity to cancel their enrollment without incurring tuition charges through the first three weeks of the program. The complainant enrolled in the late afternoon on Friday, May 10, 2024. Her enrollment thereby initiated a series of enrollment communication and welcome activities to prepare her for class which was set to start soon after. The complainant elected to cancel her enrollment the next day, over a holiday weekend, and her request to cancel was processed the following business day.  Ample business time was needed to ensure her cancellation request was processed in full. As a courtesy, the $25 application fee has been refunded. Please note, that while ***** has already processed this refund, it may take a few days before the complainant can see the refund on her bank or credit card account.
