I signed up for a subscription service through this company. This past month I realized I did not need my monthly subscription and I went to the app to skip the shipment. The app, however, did not allow me to skip. I then went to the website and tried to manage my subscription, and again I was brought to a blank page. I emailed customer service for assistance. Miraculously, after 2 days they came back and said they were able to skip the subscription for me. Mighty gracious of them. Then I see a notification from **** the following week saying an order was being tracked for delivery from Foria. I thought oh that must be a mistake because I was never sent an email from Foria saying an order had been submitted. Then today I see the charge hit my credit card. I go log in to the app and sure enough theres an order showing for the same day I emailed them and told them to skip the order!! Now I go to try and remove my credit card so I dont get hit with anymore charges. Lo and behold, theres absolutely nowhere to edit payments! So once youre on the hook for the subscription, they turn off all these options to change payment or subscriptions. Its a grift. I want a full refund, not a store credit and I want my entire account deleted and wiped.Business Response

Im writing on behalf of Foria Wellness regarding the recent complaint filed by ******** ******. We want to confirm that all concerns raised by the customer have been fully addressed and resolved.
Specifically:
Both of the customers subscriptions have been canceled.
A full refund has been issued for the most recent order.
Per the customers request, we have also initiated the erasure of all customer data from our system, including personal, subscription, and payment information.
Additionally, we have shared the technical issues the customer experienced with our internal team to ensure improvements are made to the subscription management experience moving forward.
Weve communicated this directly to Ms. ****** and let her know were available for any further support if needed.

I have attempted to contact this business several times via email on their website form and telephone. Their telephone cuts off and tells me to email them. I made the mistake of signing up for a monthly supply of this Foria product and now I cannot cancel the subscription. They have since sent me more of the product and continue to charge my card each month. I want this to stop!!!Pretty shady that Foria does not even answer the phone number listed on their BBB listing here! Perhaps this compliant will illicit a response? We sincerely apologize for the ***** ***** experienced in receiving a response from our support team. Were a very small team, and unfortunately, one of our team members was out sick last week, which caused a temporary backlog. We completely understand the frustration this caused and are truly grateful for Bruces patience.
Once the complaint was brought to our attention, our team member ****** reached out directly to ***** to apologize, explain the situation, and offer support. ***** was kind and understanding in response and indicated that he believes the next step is for us to reply to the BBB complaint, after which he would have the opportunity to mark it as resolved.

On August 3, 2024 via the Shop app I purchased a 3 pack of ******************* When I got the confirmation email I immediately sent an email to customer service cancelling the order when I realized this product had ******* in it. The company mailed the item anyway on august 5th and sent me a link on how to request a refund. I attempted to go through the process of a refund today and the company will only give me store credit. My request to cancel the order was not honored and the company refuses to give me a refund.Initial Complaint

Per Foria's 60 Day Return Policy, I have 58 days left to return the unopened, purchased items. I have emailed the company FIVE times for info on return address and any other info I may need. I have received NO response.Business Response

Hi there,
We have been in contact with *****, and she has agreed to retract this dispute.
I've included details of our conversation with her that clarify our response time window. In our auto reply to all messages we receive, we let our customers know that it may take 1-3 business days to reply.
The customer has returned the products to us. We received the return on 5/20 and issued a refund of $261.49, which is her order total minus a $5 processing fee, and the cost of return shipping ($4.87).
Included with the return was a hand written note from the customer, thanking us and telling us that she would remove the dispute.

I received a defective product on 11/2. The business acknowledged the defect and I requested a refund on 11/8, the business said they processed the refund and that I would receive it within 8 business days. After 8 business days I contacted them to let them know that I did not have any refund. They said they hoped I would get it soon and offered no additional help or troubleshooting. I do not believe that they processed the refund when they originally claimed to.Business Response
