      On May 9th, I ordered a sweatshirt from Kind Design. I understood that it would take several weeks for the sweatshirt to be produced and screened with the river emblem I chose. However, after almost 3 months, I tried to check on the order by both telephone and e-mail with no response. I finally received an e-mail response on August 1 saying they had moved to a new facility and the order should take another 2 to 3 weeks. Beginning a couple of weeks ago, I tried both calling and e-mail numerous times and have not received a single response. I am frustrated because the 60 days has already passed and I have no recourse through my credit card company. Since I cannot seem to contact them I am asking you to research whether this company is even still in business. I also think you should be aware of their business practices because I am certain this is not what the Better Business Bureau expects of Colorado businesses.

      I want to thank you for getting involved with this matter.  I just received a call from the President of the company with an apology and an assurance that the product would ship within 2 weeks.  He also gave me a telephone number that gets answered.  The BBB had the clout needed to get action.  Thank you very much.

      We just spoke with **** and explained that we had an unexpected backorder in the fabric needed on top of moving our manufacturing facility this summer which also set us back. His hoodie is scheduled to ship next week and we refunded him 50% off his order as an apology for this delay. He sounded very happy to learn all of this and I believe we are good to go here. Thank you!
