    On Dec. 15, 2024, Sale Samurai charged my credit card without my authorization for $79.99 for an annual membership for their services that I do not use. They are required by Colorado law to provide notice for annual membership fees ***** days in advance and they did not provide me any notice (or an opportunity to cancel) at all. I want a full refund for these unauthorized and illegal charges.

    On December 15, 2024, Sale Samurai charged my credit card (without my authorization) to renew an annual subscription. I did not receive any sort of notification that the subscription would renew and was not provided an opportunity to cancel the subscription before it renewed. I also never received an invoice and it was a surprise when my card was charged. I reached out to the vendor to ask them to refund the charges since I don't use the services anymore and I had been charged for an entire year of the software. I explained that I never received a notification about the renewal nor was I provided an opportunity to cancel the subscription before it renewed and they refused to refund me. In addition to being in violation of several of Colorado's laws, including requiring notice be provided at least ***** days before annual renewals, these types of business practices are unacceptable and predatory. They rely on consumers either forgetting or not understanding that they signed up for automatic renewals and then being on the hook for services they don't use, draining bank accounts of hard earned money when they weren't provided an opportunity to cancel in advance. I would like a full refund of the annual charge of $79.99.

    Thank you for reaching out.  I actually reached a resolution with Sale Samurai - they agreed to provide me with a refund on 2/21 so this complaint can be withdrawn.
