Sat Nam, we have over 30 years of working, and licensed training in the yogic and workshop collaboration community. We initially worked for *************************** on Retreats, a world known respected Teacher/Facilitator/Drum Master. I have worked with collaborations with ND Naturopath, **** Therapy/Yoga Teacher, as a group for Manhattan Workshops. I have worked with USTA/Ironman and other associations as a Facilitator with other professionals on our teams.****************************** was notified by ***** and US ****s, that her "request in emails sent" to me multiple times in seven (7) months of communications were not "legal in the bank or business guidelines" in *****************. ****** **** sent me multiple "demands" that I must "open a personal joint checking account with her, and to conduct all retreat accounting through this account." US **** and Chase **** managers of over 30 years, sent email that stated both of our licensed businesses, not just mine but ******'s too would be RED FLAGGED FOR FRAUD AND THE BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNTS closed of our individual Brand business accounts. ****** then tried "gaslighting" to assume that would erase the ***** TRAIL OF BANKS and of ****** to send me this complicated contract I had to rewrite and make it normal and balanced. I have NEVER in 31 years EVER been asked to have some strange "joint personal bank account" when all Teachers, even world known Global Yoga Teachers, PhDs, and other friends/mentors of mine, ALL share WORKSHOPS OR RETREAT PARTNERSHIPS all the time. I have shared many years of TEAMWORK on both Hawaii Retreats and in Yoga and Healing Studios, and at large world followed EVENTS with top name teachers and NONE OF US DEMAND illegal banking. I thought ****** was nice at the start but I literally was waiting on her to simply agree to a normal separate businesses teaming up, and we simply are entrusted licensed professionals. I will be following this up as the BANKS know a business operates from a BUSINESS ACCOUNT.
