    ***************************** served as my CPA for two years. The lack of communication and diligence has cost me both financial and emotional stress. By not communicating exact salary dispersion numbers for payroll within my S Corporation has cost me overdraft fees and also extensive emotional distress during important meetings and project pitches, leading me to lose business opportunities. He also never suggested deductions when filing annual state and federal taxes, split my QuickBooks account into two separate business entities somehow and has not been able to resolve and also incorrectly set up a tax fee payment plan that I had to go back and take care of myself that also caused emotional stress and inconvenience. He as also suddenly ended the relationship without completing the agreed-upon work to continue to file salary payroll until the end of the year.

    *************** authorized a payroll adjustment for November and December via an email communication to cover IRS reasonable salary requirements abut after I ran that adjustment through payroll, ** changed his mind so I adjusted that salary and due to this and other difficulties working with ** I turned payroll back over to him to process and I recommended he find a new accountant to work with in the future.  ** has been billed only for work done so no credit is due.
