      Scheduled an appointment two weeks out to address a rough idle. Dropped vehicle off the day before scheduled service date.After 4 weeks and numerous phone calls asking for an update and being told Im next in line, they finally got the truck in the shop and said it just needs new spark plugs. Took another week to put the spark plugs in and then told me that the engine is still running rough and has bad fuel. They assured me that this would be top priority for them the following business day. I reached out to the contact with no response. It has now been nearly 6 weeks since my appointment date and Im out tens of thousands of dollars from lost work and rental fees. They have never reached out to me once for an update. There always seems to be an excuse every time I call (i.e technician called in, heavy backlog, systems down, etc). There seems to be no regard for our time or money.

      Hello, this vehicle is complete and out of our shop. The time did take longer than expected to get the truck in our shop do to shop manager having a family emergency leaving the staff short handed. We did try to have good commucation with *****. ***** seemed to be easy to work with and did express that he needed the work done but we never felt like he was upset with our work.The vehicle actually was completed and out of our shop the day after this compliant was sent in, so I believe this issue is already resolved.
