    I ordered a Bogg Bag on July 12, 2024. Got a tracking number right away. I never received it after almost a month, so I canceled my order. They said they refunded me on August 15th. I have yet to the credit to my account. ******* is now involved. I thought I was supporting a small business. DO NOT deal with this company.

    Do not buy from this business. They are terrible. I ordered a bag and received a tracking number a few days later. A month later when I emailed them they said they were sorry but that the item color was not available. Communication with them was passive aggressive. I never was credited by the business. My credit card gave me a refund. Ironically, I thought I was supporting a small business and opted to buy from them over ******. Stay far away from this one.

    FRAUD! I ordered the Bogg Bag July 18, 2024 and it finally arrived Aug 7, 2024. Palmerey showed the Bogg Bag at a discounted price. This bag came completely folded, squished and Damaged!! It was obvious this was fake and isnt even wearable its in totally bad shape. The color was also wrong. The company is standing by their ridiculous, screwy return policy that says creased is not considered damaged and it open up with time. It wont. This is complete bull s*** I dont know how they sleep at night. Dont fall for it!!
