I just onboarded couple of weeks back. I started as a skeptic and now quickly converted to amazed! I plan to write down more detail after couple of months, but just a short note, I am glad I picked them instead of dozens of others I researched and evaluated. The Ambitious Executive program has been helpful in that it provides a useful framework to help think about job search - many learnings to share overall, but I want to orient this bit of feedback to a coaching session that I recently completed to help prep for an upcoming interview/discussion.Rather than coming with a strong POV on what to say, this coach provided a handful of simple strategies that I can use to think through how to deliver my message with maximum impact - brilliant! I have been able to reframe my discussion and experience by applying these strategies - these are tools that I can apply MUCH more broadly than single interaction. Any program like this relies heavily on the quality of the coaches and interactions, and AE has some great people! Advocate for yourself. only wish there was enough space to contain my experience. **** interviewer who didn't listen ,repeatedly badgered me after I answered her question twice and finally I had no choice but to state she wasn't hearing me and hung up. I've only been in two weeks and haven't finished phase 3, but I've already seen a massive transformation in my mentality, confidence, and results. I decided to tap into the resources and start applying everything I've learned, and my results in less than two weeks have been amazing. I went from zero callbacks slamming my face against my keyboard posting on job boards to having quality conversations with the right people about the right roles.I will say that this isn't a program where everything is done for you. Absolutely fantastic service from ***** and his team. When I started in the program I was very specific about what I wanted to do, but I had many options. They helped me refine this and narrow it down, such that I had a v. clear idea of the industry I should focus on and the role.
