    I have had issues with my stryd pod working correctly. Stryd took over a month to respond to me and when they did they claimed there was no problem. I tried to post to their ************** but they won't accept posts. I posted to another stryd group and the *** ******************* got combative them ultimately deleted the post. All I wanted at the time was an apology for taking over a month to respond to a tech issue but instead he deleted the post and continues to delete subsequent posts. My issue has yet to be resolved. I'm seeking the cost of a stryd $250 and an apology from the business.

    The customer has informed us that they would like to withdraw their complaint providing us the following response via email: Yes, I am willing to withdraw the complaint. I want stryd to succeed and love the product.

    Additionally, the customer has contacted the ******************** and expressed their desire to this end.

    We consider this matter resolved.
