    If I could leave 0 stars or even negative stars, I would. The WORST business you could work with. Not just as an *** business but just a business overall. I have spoken to several people from the company and all of them have no sense of what business professional is. It took the "accountant or admin", *********, over a month and several emails to get me a basic statement. I requested for something more detailed and was completely ignored and after 5 months, still no response. I spoke to the "president" of the company, *** to have the *** removed, to find out later he was a technical director even though I had signed a contract stating he was the president. He then told me that he would get me in contact with his "legal guy", ****, which also took over a month and a half to just get a long condescending email response. He stated that they had done more than they usually do as an *** business for my store, even though I allowed them to place their *** in a very high foot traffic store (****** - ****** people per week). He then goes on to accuse me of making false statements and attempting to break the contract. They are very unappreciative of their customers and implied he didn't need our business.Owning 3 locally owned grocery stores that generate over $45 million in revenue a year, I can identify which businesses know what they are doing. Mountain ATM is NOT one of them. There are several *** businesses big or small that would love doing business with me and other stores that are willing to give them the opportunity of a long term business relationship that would be beneficial to both.Don't waste your time with them, they are only in it for the "fast" money and they do not care about their customers or service.
