    To Whom it may concern,This letter is to inform you that I recently received a copy of my credit report that your company publishes and after reviewing it I found a number of items on the report that are inaccurate. The accounts in question are listed below. Please send me copies of the documents that you have in your files as of this date that you used to verify the accuracy of the accounts listed below.FST CREDIT - *********** - $4,543.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report. Please dont respond to my request by saying that these accounts have been verified. Send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that were used to verify them. If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of these disputed accounts then please delete them immediately as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i). By publishing these inaccurate and unverified items on my credit report and distributing them to 3rd parties you are damaging my reputation and credit worthiness.

I have reviewed how this tradeline is being reported and it appears accurate.     I am writing to report a fraudulent loan that was opened by a perpetrator at First Credit Corp on January 24th 2023 for over ***** in mine and my husband's name. We have made numerous attempts to contact First Credit Corp to request that they send us proof of the loan documents. On both occasions they stated they would send the documents via certified mail in 7-10 days, however we have never received the first document. The damage this has done to both mine and my husband's credit report is inexcusable.

    We have reviewed your BBB complaint in which you stated that you were concerned that a fraudulent loan was opened in your name. Upon further investigation, our records indicate that you and your husband applied for financing on January 13, 2023, for a Rainbow vacuum, after a demonstration was performed in your home located at ******************. During this process your sales person (******* *****, of ************) gathered pertinent information for your joint-credit application, including a photo copy of your state issued Drivers License. Once approved, a contract was signed by you and your husband on January 18, 2023. The signature on the contract, matches the signature on the license. When ******************************************* pre-approves someone for financing,we take careful steps to verify the information provided on the credit application.This includes, but is not limited to, the following: employment verification,bank verification, validation of the credit report, and a verbal verification with the customer. On the account in question, all of these steps were completed,and the account was opened on January 24, 2023. We subsequently began receiving payments towards the balance on this account (from an account listed as a joint checking account in your names) until July of 2023 when payments stopped. Our last correspondence on this account (prior to your recent inquiry) was on October 19, 2023, when ****** called stating he could make a payment next Friday.  Due to calls and letters going unanswered, and payments no longer being received, this account was sent to a collection company in an attempt to collect the remaining debt owed. If you would like to discuss this investigation further, or if you wish to discuss a settlement for this account, please call our office and ask for a manager. We would be happy to assist you.

    I viewed my credit report and noticed that there are fraudulent accounts. This was not sent in error. I am consumer by law. Here are the details of the said inaccurate accounts, company name, balance & date last reported: Account Name FIRST CREDIT CORPORATI Balance $3,244.00 Account Number ***********

    We received a credit application and contract from a Rainbow Vacuum distrubutor for this consumer that purcahsed one of their machines on 02/26/2018. We spoke with the customer on 02/28/2018 to confirm the terms of their loan and they were happy with the product, and we subsequently purchased the contract from the dealership. The first payment was due and was made via automatic withdraw from the customers' bank account on 05/07/2018. We continued to receive the auto-payments each month until the last two were returned by the customers' bank, last one being in October 2018. The lmost recent payment we did receive was a triple payment made by the customer with a card, directly with a ******************************************* representative by telephone on 11/07/2018. We continued to attempt to collect, unsuccussfully, until the account was charged-off Iin April 2019 and sent to an outside agency for collections.
