    This company will not stop sending me emails. I have asked repeatedly for them to remove my information and stop sending emails.

    The client has been removed from our system entirely, her account is now deactivated but if there are ***************, the customer can hit unsubscribe on the emails or type STOP if she is receiving text messages.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me ONLY if they actually stop sending me emails. With regard to the business's comment about unsubscribing from within the emails, I tried that... multiple times... and I even sent them direct messages requesting to be removed from their email lists ---nothing worked. I will reopen this complaint if I receive any further emails from this business.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I previously filed a complaint because this company would not stop sending me emails. Once BBB got involved, the emails stopped. As of today, the emails have started again so I'm filing another complaint and would like assistance again.
