    I ordered 20 packs of Wellness Functional Mushroom Botanical Blend on 12/14/2022 (Order #xxxx8502). The product arrived 12/17/2022. Laird Superfood sent *********************************************************************** 4 weeks, 01/26/2023 I contacted Laird Superfood's customer service the product arrived to find out the steps for an exchange or a refund.Laird Superfood's customer service failed to respond.In my 12/17 email I also informed Laird Superfood's customer service I had two pending orders #xxxx8618 Dec 14, 2022 paid unfulfilled $382.07 - 150 Packs of Activate Immune Support with Elderberry - 150 Packs of Renew Rest and Recover with Soothing Chamomile #xxxx8881 Dec 15, 2022 paid unfulfilled $313.48 - 8x 8oz packs of Pumpkin Spice Superfood ******* - 20x 1.6oz packs of Stress Less Functional Mushroom Botanical Blend I informed customer that I wanted these orders cancelled and refunded if it was Laird Superfood's intention to fulfill the orders with old product.Laird Superfood's customer service failed to respond to my inquiry.I sent emails on 12/17, 12/18, 12/19, 12/21 asking about the return/refund/exchange for #xxxx8502, and the ********************* of orders #xxxx8618 & #xxxx8881 .Laird Superfood's customer service NEVER responded.Instead last night (12/21) I received orders #xxxx8618 & #xxxx8881 with products expiring in the first quarter of 2023.EVERY purchase that we have EVER made with Laird Superfood had a Best Before date that was at least 12 months out.After the holidays I am going to have to take time out of my day to get on the phone with my bank to file disputes for all three charges on the basis of fraud.Initially Laird Superfood fulfilled orders accurately. Then they started shorting us orders or sending us other people's orders. Now they have graduated to sending out old products and ignoring customers. This shows a lack of honesty, integrity and professionalism.
