      I purchased the peachy duo from an ad I received on Instagram on 1/20/25. Their social media campaign promised results - and if not, 100% money back guarantee. Unfortunately, this business refuses to refund, unless youre able to meet their unreasonable and unlawful terms, specifically the return policy details you must submit a clear photo of your body where you intend to [use the product] within 3 days of receiving the product; followed by another photo of your body part after 30 days of use, plus a few more unreasonable and unpractical terms. There are so many things wrong with this operation. They refuse to return my money despite my email request within the 30 day window, and despite their misguiding promotion of their 30 day money back guarantee. Reviews online - those made my actual humans and not bots - express the same or similar issues with this scam business. Its impossible to speak to anyone, their business doesnt seem to actually exist in the physical location they claim, and per the State of ********, they are in delinquent status. This is such a scam, targeting and attempting to defraud countless of users through social media with misleading and false advertising.

      Our Follow-Up Post-Complaint: We reached out again to resolve the issue, but received no response.

      Company Policies:
      Le Peach Clubs refund/replacement and 30-day money-back guarantee policies are clearly stated on our website and at checkout.Specifically:
      Refund/replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, along with reasonable proof of dissatisfaction.
      Our results-based money-back guarantee includes conditions designed to protect the integrity of our program (e.g., a starting photo, followed by a 30-day results photo), which are disclosed in full prior to purchase and are standard in health and wellness industries where results depend on usage consistency.
      These terms were available to the customer at the time of purchase and are not hidden or misleading.

      Customer Communication and Exception:
      The customer did not contact us within the required 30-day period, but rather more than 90 days after receiving the product.Despite this, we went above and beyond our stated policy by issuing a free replacement as a courtesy. The customer received the replacement on May 1, 2025 (tracking provided), and we received no further communication from her following that delivery.
      Upon learning of her BBB complaint, we reached out again to offer resolutionincluding a refundbut have yet to receive a response.

      Response to Allegations:
      We respectfully refute the claims made in this complaint,including:
      "Scam" accusations Le Peach Club is a legitimate, registered business with hundreds of fulfilled orders and positive customer outcomes.
      Misleading terms Our refund and guarantee policies are public, clear, and standard in our industry. The customer agreed to these upon purchase.
      "No one to talk to" We responded to every message received and even offered post-policy resolution. Our communication lines are open and active.
      "Refusal to refund" At no point did we outright refuse a refund. We even made an exception by issuing a replacement and continue to offer resolution.

      Ongoing Offer to Resolve:
      We remain committed to fairness and are still happy to issue a full refund, despite this case falling outside our stated policieswe simply need the customer to respond so we can proceed.

      Delivery and tracking records for both original and replacement orders
