    I made a purchase on 2/14/24 and the item has not shipped as of 2/27/24. I have tried to contact them and ask for a refund and both phone numbers listed are disconnected. It took 6 hours for them to respond to the chat on their website and they stated it may ship next week. I requested they cancel my order. It was for $164 and some change. They are not responding to the request to cancel and issue a refund. Their website even advertises fast flat rate shipping wanting customers to receive their products fast. I had to get paypal involved in order to get my refund and they are not responding to Paypal either. Be careful with this company. Do your research into the owner that claims this product was made for him. Listen to his podcasts and you will see .
