    Never received order after payment. I ordered **** covers on December *******. I have been chasing this company FLYRUGSS for refund, but they are responding to it and keep saying that i will receive my order. with the tracking details they provided, there is no movement on package since December 30, 2024. I told them that the package must be lost in transit as there is no movement. I am asking for refund but the supplier is not providing me refund.Why should i pay for the items i have never received. I need help in raising a complaint against this supplier.
