      *** lately has been working with some shady businesses, that send you a SCAM email saying some general "you need to pay this bill" and they do NOT have a bill attached, and they send you to a generic click2pay website, with a ***** number in ***** to a CALL CENTER where they have no clue what doctor or what is happening. This time i got the scam from "Boulder Valley Pathology" trying to make me call the INDIAN CALLCENTER and give them my personal information date of birth , insurance and all "FOR INQUIRIES OR TO PROVIDE INSURANCE DETAILS, PLEASE CALL:*************

      No matter what i do i cannot get rid of their unsolicited JUNK SPAM emails. See attachment

      My PCP retired and i went to see the new doctor * for whatever reason my insurance denied the claim and BCH is trying to make me pay out of pocket even though they are contracted with *****. I am sure you can find me by my name in your system

      I'm deeply troubled by the sharing of my nonpublic information with credit bureaus, leading to inaccuracies in my report. This has caused immense financial and emotional distress. Under 15 USC **** Section 602, I have the right to privacy. Additionally, 15 USC **** Section 604 A Section 2 prohibits furnishing accounts without my written instructions. Moreover, under 15 USC **** B, late treatment of payments on my account is prohibited.Please rectify these inaccuracies promptly to alleviate the distress caused. My account number is *******. I trust you'll address this matter in accordance with the law and ensure accurate reporting going forward.

      I was billed incorrectly for my daughters therapy. Beginning in February of 2022, I made several attempts to get this issue resolved with the billing department at Boulder community health. I received an email in May from the outpatient manager stating that they were going to resend the correct billing codes to my insurance. It is now august and my insurance has yet to receive any new information from Boulder community health. I have made several attempts to call the supervisor and the outpatient manager and I always receive their voicemail and no call backs. I have also emailed both of them and have not heard back in two weeks. I have documentation of all the Emails. They did not help me resolve their error and have sent me to collections even though I was in contact with them about fixing their error which they did admit to. I have tried to contact the patient representative but have yet to hear back from them . I have talked to a **************** representative several times in the last month and they always say the will call me back because the accounts notes are confusing but I have yet to receive one call back. I should have owed less that $400 but now they have billed me $2,520 plus over $500 in collections. This has placed a huge burden on my family and its even more concerning that they are not fixing their errors and expecting people to pay thousands of dollars more that they should owe.
