I was a previous customer who was negatively affected by a recent breach of their online system. Please note: my CLOSED account, I am now out over $1300 because of this breach. On 8/22/22, two fraudulent deductions were made with out my authorization by Bonus.ly. On 8/26/22, the *** posted a blog stating that they had a breach. I have contact their support team twice via email (they do not provide a phone number to call for customer care) and replied to a blog post created by the *** of the company asking to discuss how Bonusly will do three things - 1) make sure my previously CLOSED account be closed again and all my account info be removed, 2) make sure my company is reimbursed for the reinstatement of my CLOSED account by this "bad actor" which cost my company $615.60, and 3) make sure my company is reimbursed for a ********** card that was created by this "bad actor" for $515.00. All of these transactions occurred withOUT my authorization. I am sure (based on the company's blog post) that I am not the only company negatively affected by this breach. In the meantime, I have made sure my previously CLOSED account has a new password and added the *** to the account this "bad actor" re-opened withOUT my permission. I have also contact my bank to dispute these two large charges to my business account. I have provided Bonus.ly with my direct contact info so they can call me so we can get this resolved but I have heard nothing from them.
