    Wolf Investigation Corp were hired on May 5th, 2024. We paid them in full the $2700.00 invoice. In return, we were supposed to receive surveillance on some persons of interest and report the current living conditions back to us. Investigation duration to be 7-8 weeks. After 30 days of ZERO communication we began to worry, requested all work stop and refund be issued. After 15 emails **** responded with 5 pictures of an empty house, no report. We were told to be patient and again we requested all work be stopped, regroup and make sure everyone had the same objective. After many emails again with ZERO response we demanded a refund, all work stop, and started complaining daily. Once again we were told to be patient, after months of trying to get a refund we were sent a once page investigation report stating. Man was walking his dog, took something out of his trunk. This is their idea of a job completed. We demanded a refund once again, no response and now a new person has taken the lead with no help or resolve. We simply want a refund for a job not completed and a very incompetent company. We have over 77 emails, requests for refunds and a detailed list of items to be acheived and nothing was accomplished. We can upload all of these documents if needed and we plan to post them online with company complaints to keep this from happening to others. Once anyone reads all of the requests, demands for refunds, updates, status and little to no response they will see what kind of a company Wolf is. Once they read their so called final report, I am sure the report will speak for itself. We do not want this to happen to another paying customer, not the way to do business and **** should refund the monies as they did NOT provide the service agreed upon. Please let us know if you want us to upload all the documents, there are so many it will take some time.
