    Terrible management with an owner who enables the breaking of the law by not being compliant for a dime. Allows customers to shop with broken/expired IDs when not in the shop, allows former owners of the business to receive FREE product from medical side even tho very illegal and non compliant and has done this MULTIPLE times. Management allows and condones customers to say whatever they want to employees (i.e: harassment, insults and threats of assault) and will say kill them with kindness vs refusing their business. Will not give raises to employees but will give away $500+ in free products to customers. This business has been a sinking ship the entire tenure of my employment. The owner has no clue how to run his own business, avoids confrontation and honesty with his employees, also just doesnt do anything but smoke 40 cigarettes out back everyday. Management is a delusional perfectionist who once makes up his mind, will not change it even when he barely knows what hes talking bout when pertaining to his own employees. If you want to shop here, thats fine, most the staff is pleasant and great to work with. But if you want to work here, dont. you wont get paid your worth, you will be viewed and treated poorly, will not get raises and be stuck with a schedule without changes since they wont hire anybody else. Nothing has or will change, dont give this business your money since they cant even treat their own employees better and at least give them a small raise after working nearly there over a year.
