      We bought two zero gravity chairs from this company (Positive Posture) through Relax the Back who was their dealer. We paid over $4000 for each chair only to have deeply sagged seat and back cushions in less than seven years, right about when warranty ran out. The chairs are useless at this point. Once contacted they told us there is nothing they can do and even if it was under warranty, they do not replace parts for normal wear and tear meaning they expect seat and back cushion life to be no more than seven years. For a chair that costs $4000 one would expect at least 10 years if not more. An **** chair would last longer than these. This company not only has low quality material and workmanship, but also, they do not stand behind their products. We were also told this chair was discontinued, so even if we wanted to replace the seat cushion it is not available; however, the back cushion is available for $1320 (that is; if we are foolishly willing to spend that much for the same quality). You can buy a whole chair for this amount, and it will likely last longer than these chairs. DO NOT buy products from Positive Posture . . .

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with your Positive Posture chairs has left you feeling disappointed, and we understand how frustrating it can be when a product no longer meets expectations after years of use.

      Wed like to provide a bit of context for clarity. You originally purchased two Positive Posture Caf chairs through Relax The Back in May of 2018. These chairs came with a free six-year manufacturer warranty, which expired in May 2024. You reached out to us in April 2025, about a year after the warranty lapsed. The issue reported was degradation of the seat foam, which, as we discussed, is  normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty.

      Our team did attempt to assist by providing a parts quote. When that was not well received, we elevated the matter as requested. We did our best to empathize with your frustration, and we did explain that unfortunately, we could not offer free replacement parts in this case.

      We are always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback helps us do that. Should you ever decide to revisit options for repair or refurbishment, we would be glad to assist with a quote. Our door remains open.

      Corrections: firstly, your dealer Relax the Back sat on our request (for almost 4 months) or as they claim gave the wrong email address. So, we actually flagged this issue last December hence your claim of "a year lapsed" after warranty (as you indicated) is not true even as we speak a year has not lapsed. Secondly, your customer service said this issue is due to "normal wear and tear" thus warranty would not apply even if it was within the six-year warranty period which makes it a moot point discussing warranty as you have made it irrelevant to the explicit or implicit warranty. Thirdly, you have left me with little or no option. These are the options you gave me: Option#1: You suggested I go and buy one of your new models with offered promotions at any of your dealers!! Option#2: While the seat cushion is no longer available (hence I cannot buy it even if I wanted to), you said I can still buy the back cushion for $1320. Hence you expect me to pay $1320 for a cushion-only, while the seat cushion is still unusable. How is this option going to solve my problem? You said, The issue reported was degradation of the seat foam, which, as we discussed, is normal wear and tear and is not covered under warrant. By saying this you realize you are saying the quality of your seats (hence your chairs) are good for only six years and after that they will degrade to the point they are no longer usable. This is like saying you bought a top of the line washing machine with 3 years of warranty and after 3 years it no longer cleans cloths due to malfunction, and the manufacturer says the problem is is due to normal wear and tear hence does nothing about it . . .Lastly, would you spend $4000 for a chair that is only going to last around six years?

      Furniture for Life is an AMAZING company......perhaps the best Company with whom I have ever worked. From the time I contacted them and purchased my massage chair (OCHO M8) until now I have been incredibly impressed with the service I have gotten. I bought the 5-year warranty and have used it twice in the 5 years. The service manager is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. She wrote up the service request that day, sent the part I needed immediately, sent me the tracking info, and contacted the service technician to contact me the day the part arrived. The service technician scheduled a service call quickly and he was excellent. In addition, the service manager is available and prompt in replying to any questions I have. I highly recommend this company!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars. I also LOVE my massage chair.
