      Surprise billing concern. Date of Service 12/19/23. They are trying to charge me $312.69. I have tried calling the *************** Manager on several occasions. Only heard from her once. Messages left: 2/9, 2/15, 2/29, 3/8, 3/21, 3/29. No Response. Her current VM indicates she is out of office on April 1st., then rambles on and on. Really, it's mid June! I'm looking for a resolution and a phone call from ANYONE that can make a decision.

      I have yet to hear anything from Boulder Medical Center, in any way to resolve this.  On the day I made the formal complaint, **************** finally returned a call and was nothing except extremely rude and nasty.

Please be aware, that, unlike other businesses that *** respond freely to online reviews, as medical professionals we must,and do, provide complete confidentiality to our patients. That means we are prohibited from responding in any way that acknowledges whether someone has been in our care.
