      I contracted House of Motorrad in order to get my ****** R6 oil leak repaired, by doing a re-thread on the drain bolt which was damaged.The delivery of the job $584.28 job happened on 04/07/2023, and I could not easily verify that the leak was fixed without removing the fairings, so I trusted them when they said they confirmed it was completely gone.First issue occurred when looking at the invoice, and asking why they charged me $100 for an heli-coil kit when I knew they should only charge me for a part of it. They assured me it cost them $300, and again I trusted their word.After going home and searching the kit reference, turns out it was only $72 (or $93 on some other sites) for the full kit containing 6 pieces, while they used just one on my job. When contacted about this issue, they reluctantly offered a $50 refund and no apology from the owner when I came back in person to get the cash back.About a week ago, I noticed that oil was dripping out of my fairing and when removed, confirmed the leak was still present on the same drain bolt they supposedly fixed. It took a while to notice because I rode the bike once or twice since getting it back, and the fairing acted as a collector of the leaking oil for a while before it became visible. Minor detail, but I also noticed they forgot to put back one bolt on a fairing.I went back to the shop to notify them of that job failure, and the owner instructed me (for the first time) that I wasn't welcome here anymore because I supposedly spammed them of calls to ask when the bike was ready and disrespected the staff, both of which are false (the first being easily provable by looking at phone records).I would like a refund, as I have no trust they will complete the job properly or handle the bike with care if they were to get it again given the owner apparent dislike of my person, and would prefer to find another shop to fix it.
