    Go to a reliable deslership. I purchased a van from these guy 3 months ago it had a blown head gasket which was disappointing, but instead of trying to haggle with that matter I decided to trade in the van to another dealship. But that's where it gets worse. I find out the finance manager LIED to me. He asked me if I wanted a warranty and I asked if I could cancel it he said of course. Well that's not the case. I called to confront them about being lied to and Their response from ************************* the owner as he Says was that's not true the disclosure is on the back you signed it. He didn't care to hear anything I had to say or even investigate what happened he called me a liar and of course his employees would never do that. Then we went back and forth for awhile and he thought he muted the phone he then says to someone he was in the room with "he already traded in the van, f*** this guy? I confronted him and he got defensive but made sure to stay on the phone because he knew he said it and my employee that was with me heard it.Long story short I make plenty of money and don't give a darn about the money. it's the moral and being a man of your word. Go to a reliable dealership that doesn't need to pull scams to make their money.

    I was sold a $42,000 van that has major engine issues. I was told my warranty covers almost anything under the hood before I bought it. They are refusing to fix the issues and I can't drive vehicle with the issues. They have been jerking me Round since the day I picked ***********.

    Bought my car from them on March 16. Went for an oil change on June 17. Three weeks later it starts to jump as Im speeding up took it in they said it was fine. A week later it starts shaking and misfiring. They took it back and said it was a camshaft failure. They replaced that and some lifters along with some rocker arms. When I got it back there was a ticking noise that wasnt there before. They told me it was a purge valve hose and that they would duct tape it until the part arrived. I listened because it was the service manager that insisted it would be good. Was good for about 3 weeks then same thing it started to happened. It was misfiring on the idle and was shaking really bad. I payed out of my pocket for a tow truck. When they looked at it they told me the part they had put in was defective so they replaced that and the part they taped. When I went to pick it up not even 3 blocks away my check engine light came back on. I took it back to find out it was now something on the other side of the engine. They kept it for an additional three days and then they finally insisted on taking it to me. I live about 30 miles from the dealership. Again about three weeks after I got it back it did the same thing. I started to misfire and shake, I could also smell coolant. I told them that and they said they would pick it up. They did not come with a tow truck they sent two workers to DRIVE IT almost 30 miles to the dealership. When they got it and looked at it they said camshaft number three was failing and a blown head gasket. Now the warranty will not cover it. I did not want them touching my vehicle anymore so I took it to a new shop, but today October 11 the other shop called me to say they would not look at it because they had took it apart and left it apart. So now I have to take it back to them so they could put it back together before the other shop looks at it. Horrible service from both the dealership manager and service manager!
