    If I could rate -0 I would. I won $2,751.43 on August 12th playing the Neon Valley slot on Lucky Land Casino. I redeemed $2,051 of it to my bank account. But first I had to undergo a verification process they told me we'll take 10 business days. I provided them with 4 different pieces of documents that's 101% verifiable more than two times. They told me that they needed documentation that shows my full account number, I provided that documentation as well more than two times. After receiving all my documents they then told me that they are going to escalate my case to one of their verification departments, which no one has contacted me yet. There's absolutely no reason for them not to pay me I have provided all verifiable documentation and I was told it would only take 10 business days it's September 6th and I still haven't gotten a response nobody will respond to my emails and I still have not been paid out the money that I won.

    On Tuesday August 30, 2022 luckyland had a flash sale. The deal was pay $10.00 and get x number of gold coins and a bonus of 20 free SC. So I made the purchase and within 5-7 minutes I hit the x's2000 crate on Atlantas betting $1.00. So I continued playing but bet higher. Long story short I ended up cashing out for ******** got an email saying redemption has been approved and sent for payment. I had continued playing with money I didn't cash out and hit again so about an hour and a half later I cashed out another ********. Email came through saying they received my request for redemption. So again I kept playing with money I kept in my account which was approximately ******* and while I was still playing I was down to about ****** left in my playing account. Well out of the blue I was kicked off of the game and when I tried to log in again it showed my account had been deactivated. I go to my email and all of a sudden I have an email saying the 6****** was declined and my account has been closed. It's now Saturday September 3, 2022 I'm still waiting to get the deposit of 3****** because I have not received any notification that the 3****** has been canceled last thing I got was it was approved and sent for payment. As for the 6****** plus the ****** I still had in my playing account is apparently going to take a lawsuit to get the money. They refuse to tell me what was the cause of closing my account and I've emailed them multiple times asking why and they seem to not understand the question and they keep replying your account has been permanently deactivated. Well duh that is the reason for asking the question I don't need to be informed of the closing I need to be informed as to why. I'm following through with my state attorney generals office as well as the gaming commission and I will pursue to the end unless luckyland agrees to pay me the funds and they can keep the account closed I would be to scared to spend more money on their platform. Shame on them CROOKS

    I'd give a big fat f****** zero if I could but that wasn't an option. They scam people out of money and they have hidden bonus items behind another item which is clearly seen when playing, they claim it's a RNG game which is random number generator, this place is also based out of *********. They just take people money, therefore making there gimmick legal by claiming it's so called Sweep Coins, it's gambling illegally

    Aug 5th *********************************** Luckyland slots and won their grand jackpot for $334,401.35. They called me only to congratulate me, did not tell me what to do when I won or guide me through any process. From an email it stated that they would allow me to keep $200,000.00 or sweep coins and they will send me a check or ACH transfer for the rest of the amount. I have yet to receive or was awarded $134,401.35. I was not given a contact number nor do they have a contact number. My understanding is that if you won a sweepstakes, you win in a sweepstakes. I feel like they are manipulating the sweepstakes system into coordinating in a gambling fashion and it has put me in a mental and anxiety depression and for the amount of money I spent being lured to their gambling techniques for a sweepstakes scam on august 12,2022

    I was playing here for a while until July when after 13k of deposits into my account resulted in me having **** at the end of the month. I am a responsible gambler. I do not blow 13k in one month. I don't have time to even play that much...They were charging my account for all these charges that weren't mine. Then I looked closer at the receipts of purchase that were sent to me. They were sending me these charges, for example on the 14th for a purchase on the 15th that I supposedly made (somehow by going into the future). They inundate you with confusing receipts so you won't notice them dipping into your account. I've already contacted my bank and they will be getting charge backs. Stay far away from this place.

    The games are fun no doubt,but don't waste your time or money they start you if with decent odds then rip you off for everything you have out of 700 dollars no real winnings and the bonus rounds are very far and few you get mere change for your significant wins if you don't get a bonus round you won't get anything back and your chances to the the bonus are slim to none.     Do not play They closed my account and confiscated over 500 dollars in winnings . I initially contact them and explained my account email I do not have the password to and needed to change my email to receive my winnings . I sent all the required information they asked for including my Drivers License They said there were two accounts with my same phone number and under there terms and conditions this was not acceptable. So they deactivated the account and confiscated all my winnings . I am so upset and had a feeling I couldn't trust a game online . They now have my bank account information and a copy of my identification.
