    place order on 8/23 for outdoor gazebo ($2300.00). Order #*****. To date have not received ordered item. After six days I sent an email to get status of order as I hadnt heard anything and could not get access to my order on their website so I asked that the order be cancelled. It took three days to get a response supposedly due to technical issues and was told order was shipped and would get it in 1 to2 days. I then sent another email asking who the shipping company was. No response. Another email two days later asking expected delivery date and where it was being shipped from. No response. Now Sept 8th and still havent recd item. sent another email asking for update. No reply. On Sept 10th asked that order be cancelled again and to notify Affirm (the finance company I used to purchase the item). On 9/11 I Received notification from ****** that there is a problem with the delivery of my message and would continue to try for 46 more hours. Email was never completed. Reason: The recipient server did not accept ******s request to connect. Same thing happened when I tried again on 9/20. Phone # on their web-site is not a working number either. Now I am working with Affirm to cancel the order on my account. I am not making payments on something i never received. Dont want this to affect my credit.
