    On June 30, 2024, I ordered the Wearbands Lower-Body Pro System (5 Lower-body Levels). On July 4, 2024, I emailed them to address safety concerns about their product and requested an exchange for socks that came with the system. I needed the large-size socks because the recommended size was too tight. I have also attempted to contact them through their customer service phone number and via a chatbot. Their website outlines their returns and exchanges policy.RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (DOMESTIC)All requested returns within our 30-day money back guarantee period will be emailed a return label upon request. When the the returned item has been received in good condition, a full refund will be issued.All requested exchanges (for a different size, for example) will receive a return label. When the exchange item(s) has been received in good condition, the replacement item will be shipped. There is no charge for exchanges.They have not responded to my attempts to contact them about exchanging the small socks I received in my order for a pair of large socks.
