    I ordered 2 fleece hoodies, when they arrived they were nylon, not fleece. I have contacted them by email several times, so I can return them for a full refund, as advertised. But all they want to give me is 20% off my next order.

    I ordered a jersey from this company on 7/21/24. A tracking number given to me shows that it was supposedly shipped on 7/23/24. The shipping tracking has not changed since the 23rd. When emailing the company for assistance, they respond with a boilerplate email stating they are very sorry with no attempt to assist. This company is defrauding customers $90.00 at a time.

    I ordered a ******* basketball jersey with Bustlights.com. Immediately after making the purchase I realized that their products were replicas and not authentic *** jerseys. I immediately made the request to cancel the order. Their policy is all orders can be canceled within a 24 hour period without any issue. I made the cancellation less than 10 hours after the originally order. Their company did not respond to for a whole day. When they finally responded asked me the issue and I explained to them that I did not want a replica jersey, only an authentic one so for them to cancel my order. They sent me an email saying that I would be refunded within 3-5 business days. I waited for a week and a half after not receiving my refund to contact them. They told me that my they still sent me the jersey in the mail. I did receive the jersey but I still do not want it. I contacted them to find out how to get a full refund and to return the jersey, but they have failed to respond to me. I clearly canceled with their 24hour window policy. I told them not to send the jersey and they still did. And now they are not responding to my request to return the jersey and get my money back. I should not be responsible for any charges considering I told them within the 24hour window that I do not want their product and to cancel it. I have the chain of emails proving everything I just stated.

    Hi, I purchased a jersey from this company on May 15, 2024. I received it on June 3rd 2024. The jersey was too big so I went on the website to see how to exchange it for a smaller size. the only way to contact anyone in get help was to e-mail them to ************************************** They have responded to me e-mails but have not wanted to exchange or refund me for the jersey. I've been told it was not their mistake. The jersey was $87.00 and would like a refund. I have asked repeatable times for a phone number to speak to someone dispute this but have not received that. This company is terrible to deal with. Thank you for your time.
