    I bought a three pack supposed ion shapewear tank tops from them. I followed their sizing guidelines. When I received the package (it took a while) I opened one of the packages and tried it on and it didnt not fit the cup of my bust. I reached out for a refund and they refused because I bought them at a discounted rate. Nothing like that was noted on the website that if I bought the three pack they would be non refundable. The tanks dont fit so I want my money back.

    I reached out to customer service and representative ***** had been responding. I simply asked for a refund because I purchased a product but did not receive it. I reached out to **** as instructed by ***** and nothing was resolved. I just want my money back.

    I made a purchase from this company on August 20th, with 5 - 8 day shipping. I still have not received my items. I have contacted the business twice now. The first time I contacted them because the tracking number was invalid and I still hadn't received my items. I was told it was in transit and would be arriving. I contacted them again because I've waited another 10 days and still nothing, the gave me the same response as the first time, that it's in transit. The tracking numbers are invalid.
