    On June 1st I placed an order with Hoffle Corner (Order #**********$) for 4 different products. 1 Mens Squirtle Summer Hawaiian Button Up Shirt, 1 Mens Squirtle Summer Board Shorts, 1 Mens Totodile Hawaiian Button Up Shirt, and 1 pair of Women's Squirtle Summer shorts. My husband turns 40 in December and we have a cruise scheduled, so for Fathers Day I decided to get home some fun and cute Pokemon items we both like. I contacted them on 6/6 and again on 6/10 asking for any update since I had not received one. On 6/11 they send me this tracking link for the order. *************************************************************. The original package was delivered on 6/21, so late for Fathers Day but I was happy to finally receive it. I emailed support within hours of receiving the order because we were very excited and my husband tried everything on, to find out the ********** Shorts are very poorly and awkwardly made. The only measurements provided online for the item was the waist and hips, but see the pictures below to see the inseam appears much longer online than in person. I started very nice asking for the opportunity for a refund or an exchange, to which they quickly answered back they do not provide refunds or exchanges because all orders are made to order, and going against the refund policy stated online, pictures attached. I will provide photos of the email thread as well. After several hounding emails they finally agreed to send me a replacement item for what I had assumed was my complaints were about all along, only to be sent another pair of WOMENS shorts, which were not the issue. At thing point, I want a review of this business for the address says Colorado but I can almost guarantee I am not dealing with someone in the **. And upon calling the number for customer service on their website, ***************, it rings over and over without ever connecting to anything and then hangs up after about 2-3 minutes. I need help with a resolution.
