    Theyll outright lie about when theyll ship your product, it will in reality take an eon to ship. You cant even talk to anyone live because theyre a small business so their default model is to leave a voicemail, and hope someone (if this business owner even has real employees) gets back to you. They also pick and choose which email to respond to.Stick to ******. I wanted to support a small business - what a mistake that was.

    We actually connected on June 5th, the same day this BBB review was submitted, regarding your order (#******, internal ticket #******). As mentioned in my email, Im the Associate Director of Consumer Affairs, and I wanted to follow up here as well.

    Your first order was placed on June 1st, 2025 at 8:42 PM, which is after our warehouses business hours. It was processed the next business day and delivered on June 7th, essentially six business days later. While we typically aim for delivery within 35 business days, there are occasional delays due to carrier issues, staffing shortages, or holiday-related volume. In this case, your order arrived one business day outside our usual timeframe, and our agent provided the most accurate information available before escalating your concern to me.

    After our exchange, you kindly replied, Thank you for your message, I really appreciate it, and I appreciate the partial refund, which suggested your concerns had been resolved.

    That said, this certainly wasnt the first impression we hope to make, and we offered a partial refund and future discount to help make up for the inconvenience.

    Its true that we dont operate a call center, a choice that helps us keep our prices reasonable, but we always strive to be responsive and helpful via email, as well as returning every call if that is preferred. Again, I do apologize your order was delayed, we are always striving for improvement.
