    I purchased over $50,000 of Pilates equipment from this company in ****** large pieces of equipment purchased at over $8,000 each. Structurally they were not built properly. I have spoken to the CEO the head engineer and their sales *** multiple times. I have everything in writing. Their warranty states lifetime warranty on all equipment. The manuals sent were the wrong for the equipment. The jump boards were wrong for the machines and one jump board failed the s**** flew out almost hitting clients. Their engineering department sent them wrong. How dangerous. Peak tried to get my husband to fix their equipment. I have yet to be reimbursed for what they had my husband purchase to try to fix the equipment. I have an email with their CEO on record saying to have him fix it. The fix as I told them would not work nor be safe and it did NOT. After over a month of canceled clients and altered routines, peak finally sent a ***lacement. A second piece of equipment malfunctioned and fell when a client had their body hanging, they fell and hurt their leg in January 2025 and they haven't sent a ***lacement. This is affecting my business and income. When peak tried to ***lace the malfunctioning equipment they sent me ***lacements and did not tell me they shortened the equipment significantly. This is in CONTRAST to what I purchased and the measurements they advertise on their website. Ive asked for a big credit back on each piece of equipment and Ill fix them myself. I have clients who purchased the same equipment as me in 2021 and it functions properly. I have videos documenting their equipment which works and mine which doesnt.
