I only used 4 calls out of 20 past the buffer time for this company. I took many calls but only 4 that went past the 4 minute buffer time. The buffer time of 4 minutes drew me in. At the time I was starting as a life insurance agent and I was promised these would be hot leads who were double verified and were prepped to get a life insurance quote at the moment they would call you.Instead, I got an avalanche of confused, angry and irritated people who were rushed to me by multiple people who have thick accent and can barely speak English. These were not hot leads, they were people who didn't understand why they were in front of ***** first we could not even get the live transfers to hit my CRM for weeks, but they did fix that. Then I had told them that I could not take calls at certain hours, but instead I was just getting hit up by live transfers constantly throughout the day. I told them I had other calls and leads to call, but they never respected my hours of ************* I'm at a different agency that has a much better inbound call system already built in and making great money doing it.Since I only used 4 out of the 20 live transfers I purchased, I requested a partial refund for the other 16 I did not want to use. The owner assured me beforehand that this was a trial service. I sent emails about this with no ************** I got a call from All Web Referrals asking me if I was still looking for final expense leads, as if I were a new customer. I explained my situation again and asked for the partial refund again and was told "that is not how it works" and that it was my fault for trusting the company and not taking more of these trash calls.I'm writing this review to let people know to stay away, it's garbage. That's not how you build a reputation as a new company.I am writing this so that even if I don't get my money back, others don't give it and that the reputation of this shifty company is tarnished. Please see the screenshot attached from your account, of the 6 calls you have approved 'based on buffer time' of over 4 minutes...
3 are over 25 min talk time.
One of those leads you must have closed? One has talk time over 1hr for eg.
This is why we have a phone tracking system in place so we can report back transparently.
Again you were NOT charged for any call whereby you hang up in under 4 minutes.
You also told us to send calls your way at any time (also attached).
We keep everything in writing so we have proof.
We have Final Expense clients consistently closing 30% or higher.
If you wish to speak to any of them reach out to us and we will connect you directly for their honest feedback.
We deal with ****+ agents every year and on a daily/weekly basis ***+ and will gladly take feedback to improve!
No lead system is perfect but ours is producing incredible results for sales agents/agency's that are strong closers!

Complaint: 23051180Since you have found it necessary to respond, I attached screenshots of my own throughout this journey.
It took weeks to get the calls to even come in properly- very messy and amateurish process- but because of who I am, I put it on my own responsibility, that it was my fault that those transfers were not coming through.
I called my phone carrier to do a network reset, I used a secondary number, I took off wifi calling, reset my home internet, etc.
But every call I received would ring a millisecond and then drop.
A long time passed getting calls interrupting the day and I would answer and the call would immediately drop.
I even set my phone to answer calls without clicking to see if I could catch the transfer! And I did, but it would still immediately drop.
It turned out that none of what I did on my own volition (and what I was advised to do by ***) had anything do with anything, and you let me go down a rabbithole of effort and disappointment for something that was wrong on your side. That was frustrating.
Nevertheless, I forgave all this because I thought there be something to this system of leads.
Eventually I got onto these calls and they didn't drop anymore. But as I texted in the above screenshot, I discovered that nearly all of the leads I was speaking to were people rushed in, who thought they were getting a free program, or did not have any intent to get life insurance, or... in other words.... bad leads. Nothing I would pay for.
The few I thought had potential and kept up the conversation with, most of them were dead ends as well.
Those few I threw my shot at, I knew were still bad leads, but I thought if I didn't eventually try to close one, that basically every day on the dialer was just going to be c*** live transfers that I was rejecting. Why did I want a service where I reject 95 percent of the calls? Why would they be sending c*** like that for me to sift through? It felt like I'd have this first batch of "20 calls" forever because almost none of them passed the sniff test.
I quickly found that regardless of any buffer time, the leads were a waste of time compared to the preset appointments I had set elsewhere with other lead providers.
Yes, at first, I did say to send the transfers at any time "without discriminating." But then I adjusted the hours I wanted the calls (and I don't have those screenshots) but your employees didn't regard my change in hours and sent them at all times and it just became annoying knowing there was no opportunity in them anyway.
So I stopped taking the calls because they were a waste of productive time.
You can't blame it on my sales ability, because that month I signed up your service, I used other lead providers and sold over 15k in business my first two weeks in life insurance. Today, I am at an agency where on my first full month, I submitted just under 30k in premium and this second month I'm pacing for 40k. Those are the numbers people strive for in this industry. I have spent years as a top performer in sales environments, won trips, etc.
So I can say with confidence: your company's leads are garbage. Period.
Any agent reading: stay away. *****. Use Rhino leads or find a Fiverr appointment setter. If you live in **, ** or TN I have an inbound leads agency I can refer you to.
I wasn't going to write any of this until my simple request for a partial refund was denied. Yes it's my fault because I tried something new like I usually do; sometimes you find gems this way but sometimes you get screwed by a scammer company like this.
That's okay because overall it is good to step outside one's shell and be an early adopter. Just not with this company.
If it is six calls that went over buffer time, so be it, and that would leave 14, times $30, so $410 as a partial refund.
They would rather I write a scathing review on BBB and as a ****** review than to respectfully hand over some of my money back for my terrible experience. I didn't ask for it all, just what I didn't use. It's not like it's a pizza lol; the calls are priced separately.
Since I wrote a negative ****** review, there's now two more negative reviews under mine. I'm glad others get to see that.
Hopefully the insurance agent reading this in the future, considering whether they should purchase a batch of All Web Referrals leads, will heed my review and avoid my expensive lesson.

Complaint: 22921448They falsely blamed my skill as a salesperson, keep in mind that I have contacted them over a period of time and no response, not all at once, this was over many, many days . Also I have statistics from other vendors that show me ranked as #1 out of over 3600 agents with a 37% close rate.
They made me wait for about a month before they were able to provide a platform for the calls, then they had service issues (according to them) . I waited for hours and hours the first few days , no calls, I had to contact them to complain, then they sent me a lead that had major medical issues and no money .. keep in mind this was after hours of waiting. I tried again and after hours of waiting they transferred a client from a state I don't have a license in. They then stated to me when I complained about the quality of leads that I am not the only one complaining and that they are working on it. After hours of waiting again I received sub par lead after sub par lead. One lead stated that he wasnt even thinking about this until they called and transferred him into me and stated he couldnt afford it , which tells me much about the intent of the leads. I paid $xxx for leads on 08/15 and the call center reps were saying things I did not agree to once I got my first call transfer a week or so later. I stopped taking the calls until that was fixed and I was comfortable with how they were representing my service. I asked to be turned back on 08/31 and since then, they have only sent me 1 lead total. They refuse to give me back my money and now they are not replying to me. When they did reply to me in the past about me not getting leads and requesting a refund, they would just show me their return policy form that said no refunds! But they are not supplying me with anything and I just want buyers to beware! AllWebReferrals claims they could send me LIVE TRANSFERS for life insurance leads. We explicitly agreed that these would be regular life insurance leads - not Final Expense policy leads. Nevertheless, they have failed to deliver any leads, let alone the type that I ordered and paid for over 1 month ago - and *********************** promised they could deliver - and they have delivered nothing!When they said I could only pay via ZELLE, and not credit card, should have been a warning.I paid $550 on Sept 12th, and have received nothing as of today October 18th. This matter has still not been resolved.
The company refuses to refund me for a marketing campaign that I paid for 2 months ago that they have yet to fulfill.
Furthermore, since filing this complaint, they claim that they do not offer refunds. Instead of a simple refund, which I have continually asked for, they continue to make a promise that they will deliver on what they sold me - but since their last email to me on Oct 19th, asserting that they will fulfill their obligation & promise... I still have not seen anything.
The fact of matter is that 64 days ago (August 29th, 2023), I prepaid $550 for a marketing campaign to the company to deliver me 10 "Live Transfers" of consumers interested in *************** To date they have delivered nothing but excuses and lies. This vendor is a complete scam, and every consumer should be made aware of their reputation before doing any business with them.

I am rejecting this response because: *********************** @ AllWebReferrals has been telling me that "they're working it" for the last 70 days. this campaign should have been set and completed inside of 10 days from the time I paid. And here we are, 70 days later - and still nothing. Until the company either fulfills their obligation or refunds me $550, I will continue to view them as a complete SCAM operation and a thief. Add to that, I have emailed *********************** 2 times since October 31st, and as usual... I have NOT heard back. They clearly have no intention living up to what they were paid to do.

Most of our leads for life insurance fall under the umbrella of final expense at the moment, one reason why it's taking longer to fulfill the clients order as well.

I am rejecting this response because: I did NOT order or pay for Final Expense Leads/Transfers, which is what they now tell you is what they can deliver to me. I explicitly ordered and paid for ************** Live Transfers - NOT Final Expense. Since the vendor is essentially admitting that they cannot deliver what I ordered and paid for 106 days ago... yes for 106 days ago the vendor was paid.. and they have delivered me absolutely nothing! This could all go away very quickly, quietly, and easily if they would simply refund me my $550 since they clearly sold me something that have neither the desire or ability to deliver on.Please advise ASAP...

The vendors response saying that I am a licensed insurance agent and can take Final Expense calls/leads is absolutely true! That does not negate the very fact that *********************** explicitly told me and Sold me on the fact that he could provide LIFE INSURANCE HOT TRANSFERS...and explicitly NOT Final Expense. This is further proof that *********************** and AllWebReferrals is a complete scam! He is a LIAR and a Fraud. If I need to post all our email exchanges here for all to see, whereby he says that he will in fact deliver what I paid for...it'll just take some time. That was over 3 months ago! I don't care what his Term & Conditions say regarding no refunds... He sold me on false pretenses and claimed to able to deliver something that he clearly cannot do! That very fact negates any Terms & Conditions. I absolutely will NOT STOP complaining about this until 1 of two things happens:
1) deliver what you were paid for and promised you could deliver
2) take your Terms & conditions regarding refunds and throw them in garbage and send me back my $550
Until either one of these happens... this is COMPLAINT IS NEVER GOING AWAY! Never! As a so called "business person", that fact ***************** is won't admit that he can't deliver on what he sold me, and refuses to refund me, means that by very definition he is a liar, a fraud, a scammer.... all over a lousy $550.

He collects ******* for internet leads in real time and delivers nothing to anyone. he claims 300 is a front fee for him and the rest goes to leads that you never get. I have reach out to the attorney generals office and credit card company and will pursue him until he pays the money back he stole.
