    The vendor is unreachable in order to provide return information. Ive reached out 4 times in the last 2.5 weeks to the email address indicated on their website ******************************* to initiate a return, and no one has replied. On the website it says they reply within 24 hrs. I have not received a single reply.

    Bought shoes about three weeks ago. Took a long time to arrive. Shoes are uncomfortable. Have been trying to return since they arrived. All I get are emails from 'customer service' that shipping back will cost me $25-35 (absurd since they came from--I think--CA-- . If I must pay a return shipping fee that is usually about $7.00. Meanwhile, I get offers like keep shoes and we'll sell you another pair for half-price etc. ****************** disagree with what they say online, in effect, return shoes, get money back. Have NO idea how to proceed. Help appreciated.

    Ordered shoes in March. Received and too big.Requested full refund which they agreed. Sent back shoes by Fed Ex to an address they provided which was a total different business warehouse in another State. They told me that they had received them and would provide Full refund. Still not received it. This Company claims they are in ******** and see they were shipped from *********.

    Hi There,

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in processing the refund. We have just checked the tracking number of the  returned package recently. But since the issue, it seems that the process of the refund was delayed to be processed. Now we have taken urgent measures to expedite the refund process.

    It has been credited back to the account that he ever used to place the order and we also notify him now.
