    Do not recommend buying from Scarpa.com directly. I ordered a ~$200 pair of hiking boots, tried them on, returned them, and took me 3 months of fighting with them to get my refund. They have good quality items, but buy it from REI who has a great return policy. Just don't buy from their website directly.

    Second pair of same size shoes purchased however second pair did not fit and of course, this was not noticeable until my son actually climbed in them. Now, due to a manufacturers fault, Scarpa will not exchange for a smaller size since the shoes have been worn. Of course they have been worn since we purchased the same size as before not thinking that they wouldn't fit. Wish I would have read previous reviews before I purchase from dealer and wish I would have spent more to purchase from REI since they would have accepted the return. Although, Scarpa states that their products are covered by a 1 year warranty which covers defects in workmanship. That is a lie. Never buying from Scarpa again.
