    I purchase several packages of their Organic Smyrna figs. I never had a problem ever with their product but today my package contained figs that we clearly eaten by bugs. This has nothing to do with the fact they're organic I'm so disgusted and there is NO phone number on their website nor any way to reach them to complain. I paid $5.99 for each of 2 pages so in total $11.98 to the local supermarket and am going to throw these packages away I'm afraid to buy from them ever again any product This is a health issue and cleanliness and quality control issue. I couldn't bring myself to even touch a fig to take a pic or the ones with bugs who had dug holes in the dried fruit as it was disgusting. I'll also warn the supermarket that there's an issue with the product I would like restitution as this is truly disgusting.

    I ordered a product from this business and it never arrived via ****** My order# ***** from made in nature was supposed to have arrived on December 2nd. I put in a trace with ***** and called made in Nature. ***** said it was delivered however, I never received the package. Made in nature said the package was delivered and to contact ****** I contacted ***** again and they reopened the trace and could not find the package and sent me an email stating I have to contact Made in Nature. with the following message:*************************,Thanks for reaching out to us about case numberC-******** Ref-05898!We have concluded our search. If the package has not been located, please contact the shipper to proceed with their Lost Package Procedures.I have left at least 6 messages on their toll free number at ************** and sent at least 6 emails asking them for a resolution and they are not replying since the initial email and never returned my calls. I would like the product replaced or purchase refunded to my credit card.

    Absolutely diabolical company, without direct contact phone presence to customers. Sure they have a phone number, but it's only to voice mail, promising a return call that never actually happens.Similar to prior complaint, in that Made In Nature sent e-mail that subscription order had been shipped, without prior advice to customer of impendning action. Additionally, did not notify that the price was arbitrarily increasd $14 from the prior shipment! Had to log on to review the invoice to find that information.Differs from prior complaint, is that the order appears as "Unfulfilled." Contacted customer service via online form only to be told that the order cannot be canceled, as it has already shipped. Requested the tracking number so I may refuse shipement, only to be told, "The tracking number won't be available until the order has been processed."So the order is "Unfulfilled" but it cannot be canceled because "it has already been processed." I will dispute the charge with the bank on the grounds of an arbitrary price increase on a subscription order without customer notification, in addition to refusal to cancel an "unfulfilled" order that has alreayd been "processed" (their actual words).
