    I have two (2) thermostats that were installed 1 year ago with brand new ac furnace units. Both thermostats have been defective since day one. They will not stay out of schedule mode and must be manually set back several times a day. About a year ago I got a Pro1 technical support person to help with upgrading software which was suppose to fix the problem but it did not. Recently, I called 3 times on March 1st and April 25th. The first time male person said someone would get right back to me, never did. 2nd call person hung up on me. So, I called back to return on warranty for being defective and female person said would call back tomorrow. Never received a call. Would like to return defective products and replaced with working models or models that are not defective plus the cost of installation.
